I’ve been thrift shopping all my life, so when Channel 9 Mornings set me the challenge to find 4 celebrity looks for under $100 I knew I could deliver and here’s what I did. Kate Moss above came to a grand total of $65 just for a start! I sourced everything from the Red Cross . Just goes to show you, thrift shopping can be totally chic.
