One womans trash is a fashion hounds treasure my friends.

I scored this despondent, discarded denim jacket at a recent clothes swapping event. She seemed sad, low on fashion faith, so I thought I’d give her a new lease on life. I set to work with a cheese grater, some scissors and bleach. While I’m not sure she would have enjoyed it per say, I know she would thank me – could she speak– for the sartorial nip, tuck and total slash.

Down and out on her luck, her life is now far more interesting for a start. Since cruising with me she’s teamed up with a vintagelace maxi, 70′s glomesh clutch and my customised kicksClothes Swap swag alright and a sartorial street kid done good.

Save the clothes and make them smile ;)

Tell me, what are your clothes re-invention tales….huh huh? Torn tees, shredded denim? Divulge…

I highly recommend slashing your own swag or I’ll do it for you sista
